No Overseas Shipping.
Hill Country Corner offers the
following Returns Policy: A return authorization number RMA must be
obtained from us prior to returning your order. shipping and handling
fees are not refundable. Defective items are eligible for return
within 3 weeks from invoice day. after 3 weeks you need to contact the
manufacturer. All resalable products returned will be credited at the
sale price minus 20% restocking fee.
Products returned for exchange
must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks,
registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be
received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to
refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete
returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by
Hill Country Corner.biz and Ma & Pa's Rentals (888) 802-9483 or
when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede
ours.
Shipping Policy:
Hill
Country Corner.biz and Ma & Pa's Rentals does not ship on Saturday
or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O.
Boxes. Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days.
PROCESSING
TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed
by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order
is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are
authorized to use this payment method. Once your order
has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department,
it is sent to our
warehouse for shipment.
NOTE
- We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is
shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for
the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This
authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your
credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your
credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your
order is delayed or cancelled the authorization will expire and your
credit limit or available funds will again become available for use.
The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependant
on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to
7 business days.
Please note, credit card processing
can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy
of the information given to us by the customer.). Further,
for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required
before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship
them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one
of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout
the United States. If the item(s) on your order
are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have
received and processed the backordered inventory in our
warehouse.
Policy On Defective and Damaged Products:
All
defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms
of their product warranty. Hill Country Corner.biz and Ma & Pa's
Rentals will not replace or exchange defective products
that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Refer to the
owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer
regarding product defects. For damaged merchandise, please contact our
Customer Service and the Carrier within 48 Hours of Receipt of merchandise. Due to carrier policy compliance, any damage or loss must be reported immediately to BOTH
our Customer Service & the Carrier. After this time, it will be
the customer's responsibility to file the damage/loss claim. Hill
Country Corner.biz and Ma & Pa's Rentals is not responsible for any damages after the 48 hour period is over.
All stock items will ship within 24-48
hours. You will receive tracking information within 48 hours after your
product has been shipped. **Due to verification process we are required
to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements.
In the event that you would like to ship to your business address, we
require the company name and phone number and we would be able to ship
there, provided this is the same state as your billing address and the
business is verifiable. Additional information may be required if the
billing and shipping addresses are in two different states. Oversized
products such as printers, scanners, DVD players, TV's and VCR's may be
subject to additional shipping fees.
Typographical
Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price
or with incorrect information due to typographical error
or error in pricing or product information received from
our suppliers, Hill Country Corner shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product
listed at the incorrect price. Hill Country Corner
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hill Country Corner
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the charge.
