 Hill Country Corner offers the following Returns Policy: A return authorization number RMA must be obtained from us prior to returning your order. shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Defective items are elligible for return within 3 weeks from invoice day. after 3 weeks you need to contact the manufacturer. All resallable products returned will be credited at the sale price minus 20% restocking fee.

  

Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Hill Country Corner.com and Ma & Pa's Rentals (888) 802-9483 or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.

For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and call or email us at mailto:support@hillcountrycorner.com to obtain a return authorization number.

If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

-Return in original packaging
-Return to address given in Return Authorization Paper work within (30) days
-Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation
- Merchandise returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

-Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
-All returns must be prepaid;

No COD’s accepted

If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly.  All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

    Shipping Policy:

Hill Country Corner.com and Ma & Pa's Rentals does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days.


Policy On Defective and Damaged Products:  

All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. Hill Country Corner.com and Ma & Pa's Rentals will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects.  For damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service and the Carrier within 48 Hours of Receipt of merchandise.  Due to carrier policy compliance, any damage or loss must be reported immediately to BOTH our Customer Service & the Carrier.  After this time, it will be the customer's responsibility to file the damage/loss claim.  Hill Country Corner.com and Ma & Pa's Rentals is not responsible for any damages after the 48 hour period is over.

 
All stock items will ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive tracking information within 48 hours after your product has been shipped. **Due to verification process we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. In the event that you would like to ship to your business address, we require the company name and phone number and we would be able to ship there, provided this is the same state as your billing address and the business is verifiable. Additional information may be required if the billing and shipping addresses are in two different states.  Oversized products such as printers, scanners, DVD players, TV's and VCR's may be subject to additional shipping fees.
